The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application correction window for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) June 2026 examination. UGC NET June 2026 exam dates
The National Testing Agency will release the UGC NET 2026 exam city intimation slip on June 10, 2026.The admit cards for the examination are scheduled to be released on June 15, 2026. UGC NET June 2026 examination will be conducted between June 22 and June 30, 2026.
UGC NET June 2026 exam pattern
The examination will consist of two papers containing multiple-choice objective-type questions. Both papers will be conducted together in a single session without any break.The total duration of the examination will be three hours.Except for language papers, the question paper will be available only in Hindi and English.Paper I will contain 50 questions carrying 100 marks, while Paper II will have 100 questions carrying 200 marks. The total marks for the examination will be 300.
UGC NET June 2026 marking scheme
As per the official marking scheme, candidates will receive two marks for every correct answer.There will be no negative marking for incorrect or unanswered questions.
