Osmania University has extended the registration deadline for the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) 2026. Candidates can now apply till April 23, 2026 without late fee on the official website — ecet.tgche.ac.in.The online application process began on March 9, 2026. Candidates who miss the regular deadline can still apply by paying a late fee.
TS ECET 2026: Late fee details
Candidates can submit applications with late fees as per the following schedule:
- April 28, 2026: ₹500 late fee
- May 4, 2026: ₹1,000 late fee
- May 8, 2026: ₹2,500 late fee
- May 10, 2026: ₹5,000 late fee
- May 12, 2026: ₹10,000 late fee
The registration fee is ₹500 for SC, ST, and PH candidates, while ₹900 for all other candidates. Payment can be made through credit card, debit card, or internet banking.

For diploma holders in engineering, the exam will include:

- Chemistry – 25 marks
- Engineering paper (branch-wise) – 100 marks
- Total marks: 200
- Exam duration: 3 hours
For BSc Mathematics candidates:
- Mathematics – 100 marks
- Analytical Ability – 50 marks
- Communicative English – 50 marks
For Pharmacy candidates:
- Pharmaceutics – 50 marks
