According to a report published by Pinkvilla, the fire that started during the shooting on the set damaged some makeshift tents and a few pieces of movie equipment. The crew who were on site at the shooting location were caught off guard by the sudden event. In the accident, one person from the film crew team got minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital straight away for care. Fortunately, his condition is now stable, and there is no serious threat to his health. Report further stated that t6he production team said that although some property damage occurred, the quick response helped prevent a larger accident.

The film team also confirmed that Prabhas was not present at the shooting location when the fire broke out. For the past few days, the crew had been filming certain scenes that did not require the actor’s presence. The star had recently returned from a short break and also completed a schedule for another project. He was also spotted recently with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga at a theatre in Hyderabad while watching the Hindi film Dhurandhar: The Revenge starring Ranveer Singh, and the photos from the outing quickly went viral on social media.

Despite the incident, the makers of ‘Spirit’ are confident that the shooting will continue smoothly. The film is said to be based on a powerful police story and will feature Prabhas in a strong role. At the same time, the actor is also working on another project titled ‘Fauji,’ directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, which is expected to release around the Dasara festival. The makers have already planned a grand theatrical release for ‘Spirit’ in March 2027.
