A few hours ago, Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer predicted that the Los Angeles Rams could emerge as an “interesting” landing spot for the former New England Patriots’ star wide receiver, Stefon Diggs.Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer noted, “I think Diggs will probably be somewhere in that one-year, $10 million range. The Chiefs could make sense.”Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer added, “The Commanders might, too, since Diggs is from D.C. The Falcons and Rams would also be interesting landing spots.”However, the Los Angeles Rams have stayed away from officially commenting on the trade talks concerning the popular wide receiver, Stefon Diggs.The 32 year old wide receiver has recorded an impressive performance in the last season with the New England Patriots after an injury plagued season in 2024.For the unversed, back in the 2024 season, as Stefon Diggs played for the Houston Texans, he ended up with a brutal ACL tear in Week 8.The injury was so severe that Stefon Diggs was unable to play for the remainder of the season.Stefon Diggs could only play 8 games as he recorded 47 receptions for 496 yards and 3 touchdowns.While this had sparked concern among fans, Stefon Diggs bounced back on the field in the last season as he played 17 regular-season games, recording 85 receptions for 1,013 yards and 4 touchdowns. He also added 14 catches for 110 yards and one touchdown in 4 postseason games.Stefon Diggs broke records as he became the first receiver in the team since Julian Edelman in 2019 to record at least 1,000 receiving yards in a single season.However, the New England Patriots released him in February 2026 as his personal life continues to dominate headlines because of a few scandalous lawsuits filed against him.
