On asking, Harden allegedly acknowledged ownership of the weapon and was then taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon in a motor vehicle.The 36-year-old was booked into the Harris County Jail but was released later the same morning on a $100 bond.
